Sophia's Children

There are several ‘big energy’ activations and/or life-milestone cycles underway just now.

Here’s a snapshot, and I have a few specific updates on the writing roster for a couple of these.

The shifts and fluxes in the shared energy field and collective consciousness affect everyone — if you’re breathing the air and are living on Earth, you’re involved in these unfolded mythic stories and dramas taking place now.

There are some soul groups, though, who are experiencing major milestones or activations just now (or in the recent past, or on the near horizon).

You’ll also find some handy ‘anytime inspiration’ at the end.

Mid-1960s-born Generation-X Core Group — Wounded Healer Milestone & Shapeshifting Cycle

The current activation of the Mutable Axis — Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces — zones in on the mid-1960-born Generation-X soul group (1962-1968) peeps who embody the archetypal-energy imprints of that time-frame.

The call to Phoenixing is well underway for this group.

If you know the history of that period, you’ll have a good sense of the old-guard, new-guard clash expressed then.

The individuals born then are walking embodiments of those archetypal and energetic dynamics. The unique expressions take shape as we look at the whole story of the natal chart.

As above, so below, as the old wisdom reflects, and at that time, ‘the above’ included:

• Uranus and Pluto conjunct in Virgo

• Neptune in Scorpio

• Chiron in Pisces

Some in this group also have the prominently transformative aspects of Uranus and/or Pluto opposite the Chiron (and possibly Jupiter) in Pisces.

Not the ‘weave’ of old-guard conformists.

Right now, two-thirds of this group have already experienced one of the key life milestones: the Chiron Return, a pivot point where the ‘walking wounded’ may integrate all of that wild and hard-won wisdom and become wounded healers. More on some fresh Chiron insights soon.

Some in this group are also very much in the shapeshifting cycle catalyzed by the Saturn-Neptune-Jupiter triangle meetup, which sends its laser beams into the Uranus and/or Pluto and the Chiron (etc.) in Pisces self-facets of the mid-Sixties Gen-X group.

That means that Saturn is squaring the natal Uranus and/or Pluto in Virgo of this group, which means the Master Magi Teacher (Saturn) is checking back in for a conversation about the progress made since the Uranus-Saturn opposition of the 2007-2010 timeframe (that transit was annoying, I must say!).

Others affected by these transits:

Anyone who has plentiful self-parts (reflected by the natal chart) in Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and/or Pisces have been and are going to feel this activation too.

Remedy koan:

Be like the bamboo trees – grounded, centered, yet flexible in the winds.

1970s-born Pluto & Uranus in Libra soul group — Uranus Opposition mid-life milestone & Uranus-Pluto Square Zone

Seventies-born peeps who were born while Uranus and Pluto were in Libra have the Uranus Oppositions underway (or on the near horizon).

Many in this group are also still in the epically dynamic friction cross-hairs of Uranus in Aries and Pluto in Capricorn — the names given for historically transformative archetypal influences (that are non-negotiable in their ways).

The Uranus Opposition is one of the key life-milestones, even for those who have no idea it’s called a Uranus Opposition. Some people just call it the midlife crisis. Or one of them.

This is when Uranus by transit reaches the point opposite where it was when we were born, and right now (and recent and near-horizon time), that’d be the good souls born in the 1970s.

It’s a big life cycle activation, and it’s helpful to be conscious of it if only because then you at least have a clue where the lightning bolts are coming from.

Others affected by these transits:

Anyone with mid to late Cardinal sign placements (and thus parts of self): the second and third decans (10-30 degrees) of Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn — are still in the Uranus and/or Pluto transit and square zone and may thus feeling the storm swirling or the ground of life shaking at the seams.

Theme music — David Bowie’s Talking Heads tunes Once in a Lifetime or Burning Down the House.

The Uranus and Galactic Center Connection

Uranus in Aries, a fiery and electrical energetic of change, is in waxing trine — a friendly fire-sign connection — with the Galactic Center (G.C., and thus this amps the kundalini and the self-bits of anyone with Galactic Center “not from here” natal-chart placements).

This is an intense energetic, creating a direct pathway between two big-energy, high-frequency dynamos. Think kundalini, pulsing energy, and cosmic inspiration downloads. This topic’s on the writing list for more indepth focus, so stay tuned.

Paradox In Motion

The weird paradox that can sometimes come up — for both groups mentioned above, and perhaps others of you will relate to this as well.

Despite the wild uprootings and shakings and transformations afoot (or felt on the near horizon), there may also be a sense of feeling stuck … as if things aren’t moving, efforts to ‘make something happen’ just don’t find traction, and that sort of thing.

In that case, it’s good to pull lessons from Nature and from the Pisces-Neptune mystery school curriculum.

Seeming-Standstill in the Storm Keywords:

Faith, surrender, Earth-grounded spiritual practice, and the Nature lesson that sometimes there’s a lot of activity and growth happening, but it’s just not easily apparent yet.
