From what I’m feeling, experiencing, and hearing from a fair number of peeps, it’s a fine time for an Energies of Now update.
I’ve heard quite a few, “Oh thank God! I thought it was just me who was feeling (fill in the blank).”
I feel ya, truly I do.
That’s how it is, and that’s why we share. Compadres on the wild and wily Way.
Rather than recreate the wheel, I’ve updated a post that had a relevant ‘symptoms list’ and roster of helpful practices to ride the wave.
So here we are, my fellow Chaos Surfers and Transformativas!
Oh yeah, it’s been a doozy of a few days. Or week. Or more.
Peep-reports from the field, which sync with my own experiences and/or observations of those around me, suggest a Zap-Zone with a very stirred up, mucky shared field.
So after several requests for an Energies of Now ‘energy weather’ post, here it is. Truly, my pleasure.
First, the symptoms.
Second, possible energy/psychic ‘cocktail’ elements or influences.
Third, some self-care suggestions that I and others have found helpful … and regularly practice, update, upgrade, and tweek.
The Symptoms and Experiences
Sensitives, or people wired just so, who have shared energy updates with me report experiencing the following in the last week:
• unusual physical symptoms,
• waves of sadness or melancholy … some of them coming and going quite suddenly,
• disrupted sleep, disturbed dreams,

This is a good reminder from Laurie Rohner, since the Energies of Now may well stir up the ol’ Hissy Fits and Tantrum Yoga outbursts, and the drama-drama-conflama moments.
Full moon, lots of zap-zone energetics buzzing around, and the ups-and-downs potentials of fiery and watery, yang and yin astro-energies (a.k.a. the energy field we live, breath, and interact in!).
Stay present, stay cool, and have your ‘soothing remedies’ at the ready!

Yesterday an email hit my inbox from Etsy. It was for a custom order. I opened the email and found this young women ranting with profanity about how I had sent her a twitter feed and to stop it. Now I admit I don’t know how things work but I do know that this was her issue – not mine. I replied back explaining I had nothing to do with her feed being filled up with my etsy posts – 5 to be exact – and she was not to contact shop owners through the custom order request.
