Yes, indeed. Well said. I’ve got my roots down alright. I’ve been working with healing my family and ancestral tree quite a bit recently. I recently blogged on a ritual I did more fully in recognition of my Celtic heritage. It’s the first time I have had the courage to move away from my ingrained Tibetan Buddhist practices, and it was an empowering experience for me. I think you will enjoy this post.
