Even moreso the energy of it, that comes along with the words … when heart-felt and coming from a genuine ‘generosity of spirit’. Beneficial all around.
Here’s another lovely tidbit from Neil Douglas-Klotz, translating from the Aramaic:
“…the Aramaic word translated as “bless” (berek) can also mean to kneel or bow down. Its roots suggest the centering or the embodiment of a potential creative force.”
That’s what makes blessing an alchemical energy practice. One of many ways to be the change, or be the good-medicine, in the world.
Pretty easy, and that’s pretty cool.
